Nudie RRDS tapered?

Hey guys, I just got my first pair of straight bootcut RRDS jeans. But they seem pretty tapered at the bottom, I figured the opening would be a little wider. Do they stretch out width-wise as well at the bottom? Because they look pretty whack when I wear em with dunks right now

i dunno who talked you into nudie reg ralfs. but they done steered you wrong.

bjorn cut is the way to go.....if you can return them and ill match or beat whatever price you paid for nudies RRDS and ill get you in some bjorn cut DS


the stretching is at the thewaist for a DS so if you are loose or fit perfect on the waist prepare to be swimming in it.

also rrds choke out your knee caps. and only look good on wburg hipsters and the converse all star dudes

I bought a couple sizes down, so they're awfully tight right now. I unfortunately can't return em, I bought em from kitchener.ch (but before doing that I probably pm'ed you like 8 or 9 times seeing if you had anything for sale) so shipping and what not wouldn't be worth it. Are the bjorns significantly more flared at the bottom? Cause these aren't horrible..but I wouldn't mind them being a little bit bigger. I've also heard bjorns are harder to wear in and get a good looking fade.

The Ola rise is a lot lower (8.5" than Ralf (10.5" The Ralf leg is wider overall, but has the same proportion as Ola. Ralf at the knee is about 9" and goes to 9.5" at the hem, where Ola is 8" at the knee and goes to 8.5" at the hem (all on size 32). The Olas feel/look less bootcut than Ralf, it has more of a straight leg silhouette. But neither have much of a bootcut at all. The denim on the Ralf dry selvage is amazing.

yeah well your only suppoed to buy 2 inches down from your waist. so a 32 for a guy whose 34 and a 28 for a guy whose 30.

borns do flare out. bjorns are harder to get honey combs in the back cause they dont choke your knee cap. with that said my honey combs are comming in nicely. its a perfect fit for a streetwear dude. converse all star guys dont want bjorns..its more for dunks and sneaker heads. who cant run a tight jean. also 9 at the knee and 9.5 at the foot opening is a flair aka a bell bottom. bjorns are like 9 at the knee and 8.5 at the leg opening. also the number depends on the size of the jean as well...that was jsut an example.
