i usually wear XXl but wonderinf if they true to size or not should i get a size larger or what ?? thanks for the help

they're slimmer on the arms and a tad bit slimmer on the body. the way the t-shirt felt on me seemed like it would shrink like 2 sizes small. I didn't really like the quality their tees were made from.
