Hello, Im making a trip on labour day weekend to PA. Unfortunately, Im going nowhere near Pittsburgh or Philadelphia. I am passing thru Buffalo, and already plan on hitting the border outlets on the Canadian and American sides, but I was wondering if anyone knew of any stores in Buffalo with some heat?, or Syracuse, or Rochester.(Im heading to Williamsport, doubt I'll find anything there)
