I Am Really Into Keeping My Body In Great Shape...But I Really Dont Have A Specific Workout Or Diet That I Maintain...Can Somebody Give Me Some Recommendations Please?...Also Whats The Best Way To Get Those Usher Abs lol Cause I Am Having A Hard Time Getting Those...I Think Its Because Of My Diet...All Suggestions Are Welcome THANKS

Some tips:

>With your routine stay focused, consistant, and motivated. At first, working out may be boring, tiresome, and not rewarding but if you keep at it you should see physical results after a few weeks or so.

>Switch it up. If you keep doing the same thing your body will adapt and your gains may not be as large.

>Make a rough schedule and a routine to follow so that you have a plan of attack. It will help you organize your effort and give you direction.

>Set up goals for yourself.
