...are people hating the man's b-ball skills or his off court allegations? I have 2 sisters and a mother, i take it personal when ANYONE is accused of raping a female. (regardless of circumstances)

I take it personal when homeboy scores 81 points for my hometown.
Thanks Kobe!

He can drop 81 points, but his squad can barely make the playoffs. That's odd:)

|0 I watched the 81 point game and i have to say it was really boring. He scored most of the points at the free throw line. He reached the line so many times by being fouled by the other teams bench players. The other team had already given up.|0

Are you absurd? The Team had already given up? The lakers were down by 15 ponts in the middle of the third quarter. So I dont believe the reserves were in the game at that point for the Raptors. They were winning the game and Kobe torched their ass for 81 points because he can do that and nobody else in the league can come close. The reserves were in? Wow!! No BBall IQ.

Did you watch the game???? The lakers were down by alot when Kobe took over yes i admit that BUT towards the end of the game the lead was already secured and the reserves were in and kobe was still in. You make it sound like kobe threw up 81 and kobe scored at the buzzer to win the game. The lakers won 122-104 and kobe played 42 minutes figure it out. You obivously have no IQ.>:(

Just say you dont like the guy? Because you really don't get it. After the end of the 3rd quarter the score was 91-85, the game was still close. And the reserves were not in. Case in point: J. Rose played 43:30 minutes,
M. James played 37:08 minutes and Chris Bosh played 42:52 minutes. Mind you, the Raptors best players. So you must be a Kobe Hater because the numbers don't lie.
And I really dont want bring up 62 points in 3 quarters against Western Conference Champions, the Dallas Mavericks...

I never said i was a kobe hater or that i wasnt but since we are on the subject i dont like kobe but that had ntohing to do with the original argument. my point was that the 81 he put up was boring you are the who thinks him putting 81 up is the greatest thing ever which i admit is good but i thought it was boring. you are not gonna make me change my mind i am entitled to my my own opinion. And by the way a game is 48 minutes right? so m james played 37:08 which means he didnt play almost 12 minuets equivalent to a quarter.....maybe the 4th quarter mostly. And if bosh played 43 minutes thats still 5 minutes left in a game which can be longer when u consider the clock stops every time a reserve fouls kobe.Watch the game again.......there was alot of free throws towards the end to get his point total up and he was still in the game with under 2 minutes left when the lakers were already up by more than 10. He scored his 81 point with 43 seconds left on the clock with the lakers up by 20????? Kobe is good the 81 points is impressive but IIIIIIIIIII think it was boring.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qRikrksH8es

I think Mike James fouled out, but whatever... Someone hitting 26 shots 7 out of 10 three pointers and 18-20 free throws is boring? Wow!!! Your opinion, just like you said. Cant argue with that. Please give me an example of an individual performance that was not boring?

1997 NBA Finals
Game 5
Bulls at Jazz
Michael Jordan, playing despite a flu that had him vomiting until just before game time, scored 38 points and made a huge 3-pointer with 25 seconds left to lead the Bulls to a 90-88 victory over the Jazz in Game 5 of the NBA Finals. SportsCentury profiles this game on Tuesday, June 17 at 8 and 11 p.m. ET.
Jordan scored 15 points in the final quarter and moved the Bulls within one victory of their fifth championship in the '90s.
Jordan shot 13-for-27 from the field. He also had seven rebounds, five assists, three steals and a block. Scottie Pippen had 17 points, 10 rebounds and five assists and Luc Longley scored 12 points for the Bulls.
Karl Malone (19 points) had a dreadful second half and shied away from committing his sixth foul when the Jazz needed to stop the clock in the final 10 seconds. Malone scored only one basket in the second half. Jeff Hornacek missed a 3-pointer with three seconds left that would have tied it. With the loss, the Jazz had their 23-game home winning streak snapped. I got it from ESPN thats why there is all that extra stuff in there........good enough?

Wasnt that the sure pick? I'm just playin' man. I can't argue with that performance... Even though I think the media puts extras on Jordan and his illness. He's not the only person too play sick. Everybody does, but he had a great game.

Even if you don't like Kobe, you've got to admit he's got skills. I'm not a Kobe fan, but he's still one of if not the best player in the NBA.
