how do you get an image to look like the one on this crooks and castles shirt? with the dots and stuff.

you use the filter on photoshop.

No the filter on photoshop is wack. It uses greys, a halftone patter should be two colors. Usually white/black.

Image > Mode > Greyscale
Image > Mode > Bitmap (and choose halftone screen)

That's how I do it.
