wash inside out in cold water, hang dry. if you're realllly anal, hand wash and hang dry

shrinking is unavoidable, but how much depends on you.

for sensitive graphics (foil, iron ons) try putting the shirt in a pillowcase that can be zippered shut...

Say no to your dryer. Hang them shirts up outside!
some shirts are pre-shrunk though, like Supreme Ts

yeah if you hang dry you should use 3 hangers per tee to reduce the chance of your neck line from stretching. Or if you wore the shirt and its still clean then you should just spray some febreze and its all good(but not all the time)

Cold wash with woolite (woolite is gentle on clothes and will prevent fading, as will the cold water).

Lay flat to dry or 'no-heat' dry if there's a setting on the dryer.

Everything above is done with the tees inside-out.
