I will be in the down town area. Are there any good places to go for pickups out there? Kicks / gear / shops I can visit? Suggestions other than mall stuff please.

Portland is a great city... i was out there in January. fantastic architecture, good eats, nice people. very laid back. i enjoyed my time there.

Local 35 is cool, yet OUTRAGEOUSLY LAME. Its a little too Portland for its own good...

Justbe is downright awesome. I love the place now.

Lifted on 24th and NE Broadway is a tight sneaker spot.

true, but he was asking for stores and there arent many in portland haha. those are the only ones i visited. i wish i got to check out lifted...

I remember going to Lifted in 05' ... came up on a pair of inside out vandal highs for $60 flat no tax. 'was only there for 2 days ... and yes, I've seen many a strip clubs. As a matter of fact ... I went in one that had a mexican food spot next door where you order your food then, they deliver it to you while you chill in the strip club. Naked chicks + 3 piece taco plate = good times. Made me feel like Carl on ATHF. Freakin' Sweet.

hey guys i live in portland.... well a suburb of portland went to just be today for the first time ever.... wow can't believe i haven't gone till now... definitely a must see place.

HAHAHHAHAHHA. EL GRILLO is the SHIT. Its on broadway right off burnside. The strip club is a little bummed out though. It was really funny when my friends found the place... We were like 16, they didnt card my child like friend when he ordered a Pacifico, and then a girl discovered that the bar she walked through to go to the bathroom was actually a strip club when she walked out of the bathroom and faced the stage.
