SML
FIRST, I wanna apologize for the shitty quality of the pictures because my camera broke last night, so I had to use my friend’s. Anyways, I had dinner with one of my high school friends last night at a restaurant called SML. I wanted to try this restaurant for some time because its new and it has really simple and comfortable interior design. The first thing I asked my friend when I sat down was “What is the name SML all about?” She was like “it simply means SMALL, MEDIUM and LARGE.” I was thinking..dam that was really thoughtful. The food industry in Hong Kong is very competitive. You always need to have that “something special” to beat your competitor and that is not something easy to do. Having three sizes for people to choose from can actually satisfy all customers since girls in Hong Kong are all so skinny, ordering the smallest size will definitely fill them up easilywhile the guys can order the largest size. Smart business people really do have creative minds to grow their business.
