Anyone who has ever had the oppurtunity to meet or strike up a general
conversation with Jun Jo would be amazed at how friendly, funny and
humble he is. And with his incredible stature as a professional surfer,
the uninitiated would be confused that he doesn’t quite seem to live up
to the cliché / stereotypical “surfer” persona. No “Hey bro!! That wave is
gnaaarly, dude!!” comments here. Well, maybe. Jun was born in Japan,
and raised on the mostly easy-going Windward side of Oahu - Kailua to be
geographically correct. Along with being a professional surfer for such
prestigious companies such as Etnies, Zoo York and Dragon Sunglasses,
he is also a co-owner of In4mation which himself , Ryan Arakaki , Todd Shimabuku and Rhandy Tambio grew into the brand you see today.
