Leather Soul and Self Edge got together to make this wicked pair of boots with Alden.

Here's what Tom at Leather Soul told me about these boots,
"set to release on 2/18. We have 100 pairs in Horween natural Chromexcel and 100 pairs in black Regina grained calf. The style for the boot is what I call a "conservation boot." Back in wartime America, leather was rationed and instead of using more leather to create a cap toe, stitching was used to create a "faux cap." The owner of Alden showed me this style when I last visited the factory and I knew it would be perfect to use in collaboration with Kiya of Self Edge.
The boot is on the Trubalance last (same as the Indy boot), with a Goodyear lightweight rubber wedge sole."
