More than 700 sneakers in an outstanding exhibition in Outerspace
The Sneaker Expo retails really special models.

Sponsored by the Sneaker Freaker magazine, the Sneaker Expo exhibition will stand in the limelight in the Outerspace area at The Brandery, the forthcoming Urban Fashion Fair which will be held in Barcelona during July 7th, 8th and 9th.

Any enthusiast of the sneaker universe dreams of walking through a maze where you can come across 700 historical models. Outerspace will make this dream come true for the very first time in Europe by displaying exclusive sneakers that made history and reflected the ideology of each decade, starting off in the twenties.

The protagonists are: Adidas, Nike, Reebok, New Balance, Etnies, Element, Asics, Vans. All of which have their own iconic models.

Curators Marco Colombo and Henrik Kuerschner stated that the financial and emotional value of these sneakers is so high that some of the collectors utterly refused to send their models by conventional mail, fearing their treasures might get damaged.

Every model will be presented with its original box in a transparent showcase, including an image explaining the history of each sneaker model. Sneaker Expo in Outerspace will undoubtedly be one of the most exclusive areas at The Brandery.Barcelona, 2 de julio de 2009
