My friend Tim recently took home the prestigious Metro Magazine award (reader nominated/voted) for Auckland's Best Bike Store 2009 - no small feat considering his store just turned one year old and just how popular cycling in general is here in our city. Most other stores wait for years before being awarded such accolades. He recently did his first interview with new online magazine OPEN. I'm glad to see someone with solid principles applying them to a successful business model. Other stores may need to start taking notice.
