我同你講.
The rest of my stay in Hong Kong seemed shrouded in a bit of a blur. After the mammoth weekend event I still had a few things to get through, not to mention sitting patiently whilst Cathay Pacific decided when the next available flight out of Hong Kong was, due to the collective billion-man rush hour that is the China National Day celebrations. Nevertheless, had an enjoyable time, and I have a ton of thank yous to go out to everybody who showed me around whilst I was in town.
Elaine Kwan from Nike HK. Sorry about the Leica M8 fail photo. Funny, I’ve been meeting a lot of people from Ipoh on this trip in HK. Is there some Ipoh/HK work exchange program that I’m not aware of? Thanks for lunch at Simply Thai in Times Square and the quick look at the NSW HK store. Excellent Som Tum, which is incredibly hard to find outside of Thailand.
Thank you Elaine and Nike HK for these pieces from the NSW Pinnacle collection. Liking the knit top especially, and have been wearing it quite a bit over the last few days. The NSW Pinnacle collection is always a brand I like wearing personally, due to its great marriage between function and style. Looking forward to seeing the Tokyo SS10 collection.
Thank you also to Fed, for lunch, showing me through their Cultivate exhibition in their Diesel flagship store in Central, and these kind gifts. Nice sharing stories with you. Terry Richardson & Michael Lau, an oldie but most definitely a goodie. Wish I could show you the contents, but if you’ve ever had the chance to flick through this book…. you’ll know why.
If you noticed a slight delay in HB updates between Thursday 01/10/09 & Friday 02/10/09, I assume full responsibility and complete liability. PR & press people across the globe, please direct all your complaints my way. Thanks for one of the weirdest, strangest, and all-out funniest nights I’ve ever experienced in the island city of Hong Kong - K.MA, Eugene, J.Chow, and Jenn (Vans/VF). The Hangover. Tai-pan style. Just without Iron Mike’s tiger and a little naked Chinese guy.
Catch you later Hong Kong.

i will never forget the 230am ferry to macau!
thanks frank!
