I was awaiting some profound response and I get that, "nobody." I thought about it for a quick sec and realized that society, the media specifically, has hyped this guy to be this anti-Christ but in reality, he's just some guy who was really, really high and with a couple high friends, killed some folks. The media, mainly, has fueled this fire of Charles Manson being this feared icon when he's just a man. Not until seeing this clip did i even give him or his actions much thought. Interesting.

My Uncle, Nuel Emmons wrote "Manson In His Own Words". He was in prison with Manson before the Tate/ LaBianca murders. When they were both out my uncle had a auto body repair shop and Manson had rear ended a woman and asked Nuel for a favor to fix the car. Nuel repaired Manson's car and the woman's so that Manson would not violate his parole. Nuel did it for free. Charlie said, "I owe you one'" and that ONE was the first interview and autobiography on Manson. The man is very evil, sick and twisted. Nuel then was allowed visits in the prison to put together the book. He then appeared on NIGHTLINE WITH TED KOPPEL and OPRAH. Sadly Nuel passed away a few years ago. Read the book for a better (maybe) understanding of how twisted and evil the man really is. lorijrocks@yahoo.com
