I'm out on the west coast right now, about to head out to Salt Lake City Utah.

On the blogs and facebook and blah blah blah I often sing the praises of these far off lands I'm visiting.

Today though we gonna give some props to my hometown area.

Being a true blue native New Yorker, its easy to overlook all the beauty thats locally available. I guess its part of human nature... if its too accessible it doesn't get your juices flowin.

The homey DJ Wordy From beijing has been in town, and I wanted to show him around ,and this provided me the opportunity to see my hometown with fresh eyes...

Although it was a rainy day, it was still a sight to see. I know a lot of you guys in NYC don't do the tourist stuff, but when you get the opportunity too you should do so... NYC / NJ area has a lot of history and beauty that y'all are missin ...

Red white and blue flag , wave for me baby...
