you could say that 2008 was my "breakout" year into the mainstream stratosphere - where it was no longer just you forward thinking folk who knew the name and the product. 2009 then, would be the year that the internet followed y'all who were up on it b4 everyone else. Nahright posting about my antics with the roc boys, blog posts and reposts galore , twitter retwitts and followers growin exponentially, and a PLETHORA of video footage and interviews, about what it is that I do...

Its funny of course to me, as I've been doing this for quite a while, but there are always a new batch of folk whose ears Im trying to catch.

So I figured for this post, I'd assemble all the recent "interview/documentary" type youtube vids about yours truly, put them in a single spot for y'all to check. It's part of my 2009 lookback...

1) Neon Gorilla Presents a Day in the Life with Neil Armstrong....

Put together by Neon Gorilla, this video was posted up about 2 weeks ago and got a lot of love. Warren Credo and company LITERALLY FOLLOWED ME AROUND for 24 hours while I was on tour with jay-z up in Toronto, from the moment I got off the tour bus until my 4 in the morning meal with my DJ homies Big Jacks and Bozack Morris, trying to capture what its like for me on an average day. I think they did an amazing job, and the amount of reposts seem to imply that y'all think so too. If you haven't seen it yet peep it below...

A sort funny side note - I was SUPER SUPER SUPER SICK that day. I had sort of overdosed on robitussin, took way too much because of my asthmatic coughing self. While I was performing with jay for the 1st half of the show I thought I was dreaming. On tour, I barely get to sleep One of the sacrifices I guess...

Filmed uptown NYC at the sneakerspot Goliath most recently. I actually like this interview a lot, Its definitely not cookie cutter...

4)Appearance on Distortion 2 Static - Bay Area classic Hip Hop Show

D2S has been a long running show out in the Bay Area. They also do parties which I have been lucky enough to be a part of and if y'all are slick y'all can join us for the 1st party of 2010 jan 2nd tomorrow at MIGHTY SF for ON & ON.
