This being my inaugural Post I figure some introductions are necessary.

I would think that most of y'all have heard of me or my work by this time, but ya can't make assumptions cause they make an ass out of you and umption.

I'm DJ Neil Armstrong, and I think most people know me these days as Jay-z's Tour DJ .

In fact, as I write this I am out on tour currently for the BluePrint 3 Tour up in Calgary waiting to hit the stage .

But you see, my history in this Hip Hop/ DJing / Good Music thing started way back when. 1st, I cut my teeth as a battle DJ as part of the 5th Platoon Crew...

Yeah, thats me with a bush babies bandana on thinkin I'm a badass.

Fast forward a couple of years, I became known for putting out these gourmet mixtapes.

So from this blog, you will get a little bit of a taste of what its like to be on the road as a tour DJ for arguably the greatest MC in the History of Hip Hop that is STILL doing it. Some of it is glamourous and crazy, but don't sleep... it is a lot of work...

So you will get to see some of that aspect of my daily activities... But DO NOT Think this will be the spot to find out the latest about my bosses Personal life etc etc. Not going to be talking about what Jay-z be eating for breakfast.

Mostly I think I'll try to give y'all a portal to that artistic side of my life - the music that I love. I dunno, something nice and fruity like that.

And on that note - I gotta get ready to go to work! Doors open in a few... Almost time for the lights to go dim...
