GO GET ‘EM TIGER!
I was never good at video games. I can’t even last 3 minutes on those skateboarding games, and that’s just me by myself without anyone trying to kill me. I really suck. The last time I found any enjoyment in video games was Sega Genesis and most of you guys reading this probably never even experienced Sonic or Altered Beast. Man, I started out on Coleco Vision and Apple IIe floppy disks. Lemonade Stand, Stellar 7, and Karateka are what I’m talkin’ about.
Anyways, remember these? Seem pretty ridiculous in retrospect. Actually, I think at the time they were pretty lo-fi. They would put so much into the artwork framing the screen to heighten the aesthetic appeal. Kinda did the trick, sometimes.

HERE are the rest of ‘em!

Karateka was dope..my favourite was Bare Knuckles and Double Dragon..those were the times..and yeah you’ve tried NeoGeo with the bigass controller?? Fatal Fury was another favourite game of mine..
actually had the street fighter one, myself.
MAN i use to hate these things. entirely too difficult to play the fighting games on them due to tigher handhelds having a resolution worse than flip books of stick people.
Bobby you brought back memories with this post. These joints I had a ball with when I was younger.
Haha that Tiger Baseball game is the only LCD game i still own and have to this day. It’s not boxfresh like in the picture though.
lol i still have mine lmao i don’t know if it works though
seriously though nobody cared, it was good mindless fun way back than.
WHAT!!!!…i had that baseball one…i loved it…you could only bat and when you hit a homerun the crowd would go crazy…i had like at least 50 of these…mostly disney ones my ma would buy for on trips like aladdin…but i also remeber having madden and not understanding a thing about how to play it….but that baseball i could play now
holy crap, I used to sneak these into school all the time. Double Dragon is classic.
Double 2 ..
Yesssssss
yo i had john elway football… use to have to juke and run for literally 40 seconds to gain like 25 yards, it was rediuculous but yes these games were awesome.
this brings me back, wow. i remember playing baseball all the time, i used to get pissed when i thought i was about to hit a homerun and they catch it in centerfield.
still got my x-men one and it still works
