In September, J. Cole was forced to reschedule his Dreamville Festival due to Hurricane Florence, but now the official line-up for the inaugural event has been revealed. In addition to the rapper himself, SZA, Big Sean, 21 Savage, 6LACK, Teyana Taylor and more will take the stage at the Dorothea Dix Park in Raleigh, North Carolina on April 6.

The one-day extravaganza will also feature performances from the entire roster of Dreamville Records’ artists, including Ari Lennox, Earthgang, and J.I.D among others. On-site, there is expected to be various activations, such as a putt-putt golf course, a beer garden, a “Dreamville Festival Art Wall” and a dedicated lounge space for members of “The Divine Nine” (nine historically African-American, Greek-lettered fraternities and sororities that make up the National Pan-Hellenic Council). Additional highlights will include a photo booth, sand sculpture and vendor area which spotlights merchants native to North Carolina.

The festival represents an opportunity for J. Cole to “give back to his home state that has helped shape the artist he has become with a one-of-a-kind celebration of local culture, music, food and art,” as explained in a press release.

“Dreamville Festival’s ultimate goal is to not only have a positive and substantial economic and cultural impact on the city itself and the surrounding region, but also to become one of the most anticipated annual events in the city — one that is a perfect complement to the existing event landscape and cultural fabric of the City of Raleigh,” the release stated.
