As much as people love Drake, it’s well-documented that he didn’t just come up with his “The 6,” Atlanta and dancehall styles out of nowhere or on his own. Toronto is a diverse city and is home to many talented underground rappers, many who have some sort of an influence on Drizzy’s newfound styles. Recently, six of these underground kings — Donnie, Puffy L’z, Smoke Dawg, SAFE, Jimmy Prime & Jay Whiss — decided to link up for a Boi-1da-produced posse cut titled “Full Circle.” If they ever make a remix for “Full Circle” or another track, we look forward to hearing verses from Mo G, Pressa and other talents.
