Rae Sremmurd’s Swae Lee & Slim Jxmmi Are Going Solo
This will be the last ‘SremmLife’ project.
Rae Sremmurd’s latest studio album SremmLife 2 just came out, but the two members of the group has revealed that they will be parting ways. Speaking to Complex, Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi announced that they will be going solo. Swae Lee said that he has eight songs completed that might make the cut for his solo album, Swaecation. According to Slim Jxmmi, “[you shouldn't be] interviewing Rae Sremmurd if you’re only going to do half an interview,” he further elaborates that these are “chances for the fans to get to see us individually… But we’re still Sremmed out. We might put them on the same disc—who knows? We definitely got different projects that we’re working on and tweaking.”
