Packer Shoes x Mitchell & Ness x ASICS 2016 Summer "Game. Set. Match." Collection
The U.S. Open-inspired collection will release at a special pop-up in Grand Central Station.
Ahead of next week’s U.S. Open in New York, Packer Shoes serves up a tripartite collaboration with Mitchell & Ness and ASICS celebrating the Big Apple’s longstanding love for tennis. The limited-edition collection includes vintage tennis-inspired apparel pieces, such as the Mitchell & Ness Arthur Ashe warm-up jacket, court-ready polos, shorts, T-shirts, pullovers, windbreakers and more.
The footwear portion of the capsule spans several generations of ASICS and Onitsuka Tiger silhouettes, including the Lawnship® and GSM TM models, as well as HYPEBEAST favorites like the GEL-Lyte® III and GEL-Sight models. Rounding out the collection is the modern GEL-Resolution® 6 performance sneaker, reimagined with a lifestyle twist punctuated by a mismatched colorway.
The “Game. Set. Match.” collection will be released through a special pop-up space at Grand Central Station’s Vanderbilt Hall in NYC, from Tuesday, August 30 to Thursday, September 1.
