M.I.A. & Diplo Reunite for "Bird Song"
Her forthcoming album adds another huge single to its roster.
Years after their breakup and six years after their last collaboration on M.I.A.‘s 2010 studio album Maya, Diplo and M.I.A. are poised to reunite for a new record. Entitled “Bird Song,” the high-profile pair’s new collaboration will see release on August 12. Like many of M.I.A.’s recent releases, the effort will come in support of her forthcoming studio album A.I.M. Recently, M.I.A. was in headlines for her criticism of MTV VMAs. Her last single was a collaborative cut with Skrillex, “Go Off.”
