It’s still a surreal feeling knowing that NBA fans won’t see Kobe Bryant lace them up next NBA season. As Kobe Bryant’s career is just a memory now, that won’t stop the Swoosh from continuing the legacy of his innovative signature line. Similar to Nike’s last installment to the “Fade To Black” Collection, the upcoming Nike Kobe 11 “Great Career Recall” will sport the same black-dominated Flyknit upper with a gold Swoosh on both lateral and medial sides. The difference between the two is seen within the upcoming Kobe 11’s sole as it will be white instead of black. Each heel tab will host 24 gold stars as a nod to Bryant’s jersey number as well as four red stripes going down the heel of the left shoe in remembrance of Kobe Bryant’s unfortunate Achilles injury back in 2012.

There’s is no official release date slated for the Nike Kobe 11 “Great Career Recall,” but stick with us and we’ll provide release information upon availability.
