Nike Debuts the Roshe Waffle Racer NM in "Obsidian"
A modern rendition inspired by a Nike classic.
Nike has been revamping the Roshe line, renaming the Roshe Run to Roshe One as well as debuting several variations to the shoe, including the Daybreak and LD-1000. Now, Nike is debuting another Roshe silhouette, this one inspired by the iconic Nike Waffle Racer from 1973. The shoe features a heavily textured traction sole, which was inspired by Bill Bowerman’s own waffle iron and combines details from the Roshe One. Rendered in a classic “Obsidian” colorway, keep an eye out for this shoe at Nike retailers worldwide such as asphaltgold.
