How long does it take for some people to complete full seasons of shows on Netflix? In a newly released binge scale, the streaming company just revealed which types of shows are being watched the fastest. Rather than viewership data, which the company does not release, Netflix instead did a study of 100 shows and tracked its global base of subscribers on how they watched them in a seven-month period. The findings revealed that most subscribers finish the first season of a show in about a week while putting in about two hours a day.

In the scale you’ll also find that shows like Arrested Development, Homeland and Narcos in the irreverent comedies, political dramas and historical dramas respectively, are watched at a slower pace. Marvel’s The Daredevil, Fargo and Orange is the New Black in the superhero dramas, crime dramas and dramatic comedies genres fall in the median range. For the programs watchers are devouring the fastest, these shows include the sci-fi, horror and thriller genres with Orphan Black, The Walking Dead and Breaking Bad topping the scale.
