Yasiin Bey Shares Another New Song, “Dec 99th – Tall Sleeves”
He came back to stay.
Two weeks ago, Yasiin Bey surprised us with his return to the scene after announcing his retirement from film and music in January. The comeback came in the shape of the Ferrari Shepard-produced song “Dec 99th – N.A.W.” Good news is, Yasiin’s reappearance is lasting a bit longer as the legendary Brooklynite has shared yet another Shepard-crafted record. Titled “Dec 99th – Tall Sleeves,” the cut finds Yasiin constructing his rhymes over an intricate futuristic production. It has yet to be seen if the “Dec 99th”-marked songs lead to a bigger series or even a whole set of new music. In the meantime, listen below.
