A Look Inside PINTRILL's New Brooklyn Flagship
Opening its doors this weekend.
PINTRILL founders Jordan Roschwalb, Doni Gitlin and Andrew Yung have carved out a nice spot for themselves since introducing the label back in 2014; in less than two years’ time, the label has undoubtedly become the go-to for the most culturally relevant pins. Now, fresh off its nod to 4/20, PINTRILL is opening is very first flagship storefront. Located on Grand Street just a couple of blocks away from the borough’s Knitting Factory outpost, the 625-square-foot space will serve as the brand’s new headquarters and also offer up its extensive range alongside caps, vintage pins and other decidedly retro memorabilia. The space even sports a specially commissioned “Buy, Sell, Trade” graphic from Baron Von Fancy and will play host to a custom pin bar, Levi’s-assisted trucker jacket customization service and rotating displays of weekly releases — which will be highlighted on Instagram ahead of their official drop. Says Roschwalb of the venture:
I wanted to be able to give pin collectors a space to congregate just like sneaker collectors go to Stadium Goods. This will be a flagship where people from all over can come and experience this.
PINTRILL opens its doors this upcoming Saturday, May 7.
