Elon Musk Confirms That Tesla's Model 3 Will Have a Ludicrous Mode
The supercar company’s most affordable car yet will pack some serious oomph under the hood.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk has confirmed that the Model 3 will indeed have a Ludicrous mode. Previously, Ludicrous mode enabled Tesla vehicles to rocket from 0 to 60 in 2.8 seconds for $10,000 USD. While specs are unclear as to how fast the Model 3 will reach 60mph (or how much the upgrade will cost, for that matter), the upgrade does ensure that buyers will be able to opt for a vehicle with significantly more acceleration power. Only time will tell how Musk’s team will deliver on these promises.
