Vince Staples & With You. Get Trippy for New "Ghost" Videos
Available as a normal music video and an ambitious, interactive experience.
Last year, production crew With You. served up one of their biggest records in the form of a Vince Staples collaboration entitled “Ghost.” Several months later, they’re revisiting the song for two new visuals in support of the track. The first video for “Ghost” is a more traditional, albeit trippy music video. The second is a bit more ambitious, as With You. turn the experience of listening to “Ghost” into an interactive one. In a statement to FADER, With You. break down today’s releases as such:
“Directed by Vince McKelvie, the Tig.ht team created an interactive music video that combine real world environment with digital Fx that show the complexities of of drug usage and party culture which harkens back to classic videos like The Prodigy’s ‘Smack My Bitch Up’…We chose to collaborate with Tig.ht because they are always on the pulse of how people consume culture today.”
