Danger Mouse Finally Drops a Remix of Gnarls Barkley's "Crazy"
A darker twist on “Crazy” rejected by the label.
A decade after its initial release, the Gnarls Barkley hit “Crazy” sees new life courtesy of a previously-released remix. Cooked up by Danger Mouse, this new remix of “Crazy” was initially blocked from reaching the public because of its more downcast tones. Now, on the track’s ten-year anniversary, Danger Mouse has liberated the production. Danger Mouse himself explains this as a “weird remix I did back in 2006 that got rejected by the label.” You can stream the new spin on “Crazy” below.
