FORTY PERCENTS AGAINST RIGHTS Publishes a Zine for Its 2016 Spring/Summer Collection
The Japanese label takes to the print world’s guerilla format.
Reputed for its championing of counter-culture elements, Tetsu Nishiyama’s FORTY PERCENTS AGAINST RIGHTS label, the predecessor to his streetwear label WTAPS, has taken to the perfectly counter-cultural medium to display its wares this Spring/Summer 2016 season. Titled “Real Eyes,” the zine puts cut-outs of the collection’s pieces, which include a range of graphic tees, coach jackets, and field jackets, against subliminally anarchic photos from the turbulent times of the ’70s that inspired them.
