A$AP Rocky to Host 2016 MTV Woodies at South by Southwest

A$AP Rocky is scheduled to host a new version of the MTV Woodies. Rechristened MTV Woodies/10 For 16, the ceremony will take place at SXSW in Austin, Texas on March 16. You will be able to broadcast the show on 9 P.M. EST that day, and the entire show will run for an hour. MTV states that Rocky will also be “joined by the A$AP Mob,” and that the NYC rapper is going to “introduce performances from some of the most exciting up-and-coming artists that 2016 has on deck.” A$AP Rocky might be new to hosting, but considering his charisma on and off the stage, this might be the starting of something new and lucrative for Rocky.
