Shake Shack Japan Gets a Michelin Star Collaborative Burger
A high-class collaboration for the East Coast burger chain.


New York burger chain Shake Shack’s Japanese outpost is teaming up with two Michelin-starred restaurant Jimbocho Den. The “Den Shack” burger will only be available for one day on November 3, and was created in celebration of Shake Shack’s one year anniversary in Japan. The burger features 100 percent Angus beef, topped with bacon, red miso , marinated cucumbers and potato buns. The collaboration came to fruition when Jimbocho Den’s owner Zaiyu Hasegawa visited a Shake Shack in New York and was awarded an unforgettable experience.
