Nike Switches up the Construction on Its Latest Air Huarache SE
Winterized materials overhaul the retro runner.
With fall officially here and inclement weather set to take over certain parts of the globe — like the Swoosh’s Pacific Northwest stomping grounds — in the months ahead, Nike has given the old Air Huarache a material upgrade with its latest SE release. Here, the Tinker Hatfield design’s usual neoprene bootie remains intact, but sees the addition of new construction for the toe box, tongue, and collar while a black and grey color palette gives the shoe even more of an autumnal vibe. Finally, speckles decorate the entirety of the air-cushioned midsole.
Expect these to hit Taiwan’s INVINCBLE over the weekend before making their way to additional NSW spots worldwide in the weeks ahead.
