Marcelo Burlon County of Milan Goes Bohemian for Its 2016 Fall/Winter Collection
The Italian label plays with various textures and flowing silhouettes.
Italian label Marcelo Burlon County of Milan recently showed its 2016 fall/winter collection in its home city. Showcasing a largely black and white palette, this season features a large selection of vibrant orange additions that add an eye-catching splash of color to the looks. Playing with a dynamic array of textures, the pieces highlight everything from vinyl pants and cable-knit sweaters, to woolen ponchos and tailored outerwear. Employing the brand’s hallmark graphic prints, the collection is a diverse play on geometric shapes and flowing silhouettes. Complemented by beaded jewelry and decorative embellishments imprinted directly on the models’ skin, the show was a bold reflection of Marcelo Burlon’s Boho ethos.
