adidas Is Making Primeknit Apparel for the First Time in History
A first look at the collection’s EQT 2/3 F15 and EQT 3/3 F15 alongside a jacket and pants.
The answer to Nike’s Flyknit technology, adidas’s Primeknit design was heavily incorporated in the Herzo imprint’s 2015 releases, from the Ultra Boost, Yeezy Boost 350 to the Tubular X Primeknit. Extending its foray, adidas has announced that the knitted tech fabric will now be incorporated into its apparel offerings. Aptly named the “Primeknit Pack,” the collection consists of the hybrid EQT 2/3 F15 and EQT 3/3 F15 alongside a jacket and pants. Via a first glimpse, shown above, we see the pieces to boast subtle details such as concealed metallic zippers, a drawstring hood paired with muted branding to complement the breathable, and flexible attributes of Primeknit technology. The collection hits Consortium retailers worldwide from January 16, stay tuned for more information.
