According to reports from the Daily Mail, Ed Sheeran is being taken to court over claims that he lifted distinct elements from Marvin Gaye‘s classic ”Let’s Get It On” and incorporated them into his Grammy-winning international hit “Thinking Out Loud.” Gaye and Ed Townsend are credited as co-writers on the track, but they are both deceased.
