After debuting the song live during his set at Coachella last month, Joey Bada$$ has premiered the studio version of “Devastated.” Produced by Adam Pallin, Kirk Knight and Powers Pleasant, the feel-good track comes across as Joey’s inspirational declaration of triumph over adversity. For the chorus, Joey declares, “I used to feel so devastated / At times I thought we’d never make it / But now we on our way to greatness / And all it ever took was patience,” revealing in his growth and success thus far.
