‘Disguise The Limit’ project out now.

Nyck Caution, one of the Era’s most slept on prospects has a new LP and he’s sharing with us some of the inner workings behind his latest 14-track opus, Disguise The Limit. A culmination of life experiences, capturing the highs, the lows, and the Brooklyn experience through the lens of a one of the Era’s sleeping giants. Capital STEEZ would surely be proud.

As a talented emcee, in one of the deepest rap crews in hip-hop, how do you guys decide “who’s next?”

Who ever steps up the plate with ammo. You gotta offer the content and the drive to earn it.

Cause I haven’t dropped a full length project in 5 years. There hasn’t been enough content to fully get people on board.

Growing up in Brooklyn, what were some of your musical influences growing up?

G-Unit, Eminem, Lil Wayne, 2Pac and a few others.

We need to know from a fellow Brooklynite, what’s the best pizza spot in Brooklyn?

There’s a lot of dope spots but I love originals pizza on Ralph avenue.

Explain to us what Disguise The Limit means.

Disguise The Limit is a play on words for “the skies the limit” and it’s basically saying that whatever these people say your ceiling is or what you “should” do is not what your reality actually is. Your life is what you make of it and there should be no boundaries and your dreams.

If you weren’t rapping, what do you think you’d be doing?

Most likely acting or directing.

What’s your plans for 2016?
Keep dropping more visuals and do a bunch of shows.

Favorite producer of all time?
