The 2016 GRAMMY Awards was held on February 15 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. The ceremony recaps the most notable musical recordings from October 1, 2014 to September 30, 2015. It was held on Monday for the first time because of the U.S. Presidents’ Day long weekend and was televised by CBS, also for the first time. Kendrick Lamar received 11 nominations and Taylor Swift and The Weeknd both received seven each. Ed Sheeran won Song of the Year for “Thinking Out Loud” while Swift took home the Album of the Year award with 1989. Check out the nominees and winners for the notable categories below.
