Miley Cyrus was the latest guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live! as she partook in the always hilarious “I Witness News” segment. Dressing up as an almost completely unrecognizable “Janet,” an Australian reporter from Perth, Cyrus is let loose on the streets of LA asking bystanders what they think about her. With some amusing answers, there were also some that definitely hurt a little.
