Once again collaborating with Skrillex, Bieber has been teasing “What Do You Mean” on social media, counting down with his friends and fans alike. Another electronic music crossover, the Biebs and Skrillex offer a tropical house-infused sound this time around, featuring melodic flute riffs overlaying an upbeat dance tempo.
