New Balance Football Launches "Visaro" and "Furon" Soccer Boots

Thus far, we’ve only seen glimpses of New Balance’s burgeoning soccer program, with the brand planting jerseys and cleats on-field without any real marquee campaigning. As the world awaits the 2015-16 club season to start back up, New Balance has taken the opportunity to strike. New Balance Football has just released two new silhouettes – the Visaro and Furon – both of which are built on the philosophy that there are two types of soccer players: those that make chances and those that take them. Accordingly, the Visaro is built with a thicker-than-normal 4mm Ariaprene® mesh upper, which works in conjunct with a thinner “Sweetspot” to offer maximum ball control. These features rest atop a nylon and TPU-bonded outsole, designed with specially-placed studs for supreme control. Elsewhere, the Furon is built for speed, crafted with ultralight FantomFit engineered mesh and a Revlite insert to help players keep comfortable pace. Aaron Ramsey, Samir Nasri, Vincent Kompany and the rest of the New Balance Football squad help introduce the two boots with the above video, while the Furon and Visaro release online on July 1.
