Florence and the Machine recently stopped by BBC 2‘s Later… with Jools Holland, performing a few songs as part of the program. Unfortunately, lead vocalist Florence Welch broke her foot during their set at the first weekend of Coachella this year, forcing her to sing while stationary. Unfazed by the incident, Welch gives equally powerful renditions of How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful singles “What Kind of Man” and “Ship to Wreck.” Enjoy the footage below. The album will be available on June 2 in the U.S. and June 1 in the UK, and can be pre-ordered now on iTunes.
