To follow up the box office smash X-Men: Days of Future Past, director Bryan Singer is set to deliver the next chapter, X-Men: Apocalypse. In the film Marvel’s first and most powerful mutant within the X-Men world, Apocalypse, has returned from a hiatus of over a thousand years and has also collected a wide range of abilities from fellow mutants. The future of the Earth seemingly rests within Apocalypse’s hands as he leads a team of extraordinary mutants, including Magneto, with the goal of leading a new world order. Led by Xavier, a young X-Men team is set to go up against their biggest challenge yet to halt the invincible Apocalypse’s plan. X-Men: Apocalypse will release in theaters on May 30.
