Opening Ceremony Celebrates a Seasonal Icon With Coca-Cola
The soda mascot gets some downtown street cred just in time for the holidays.

As far as advertising goes, the Coca-Cola Polar Bear campaign is a symbol that the holidays are well and truly upon us and this year is certainly no different. This time around, the bears are getting a downtown makeover courtesy of Opening Ceremony, who have come together with the soda company for a limited collection of sweatpants, sweatshirts and tees just in time for gift-giving season. The pieces feature Coke’s ubiquitous cursive logo-type and its holiday mascot in a variety of poses, all in Coke’s signature palette of red, white and black. But OC has put its own spin on things by dripping the bears out in the brand’s staple pieces — including a varsity jacket, the classic box logo tee, and even its signature tote bag. You can shop the limited seasonal collection here.
