Nike Takes Inspiration From Okinawa's Cherry Blossoms for Latest Roshe One
An exercise in zen and serenity.
Nike‘s Roshe One silhouette is already simple and minimal, so mixing it up with the zen nature of Japanese cherry blossoms seems to be a no-brainer. The Dylan Raasch-designed shoe was inspired by serenity and zen anyway, so this Cherry Blossom iteration of the now Retro favorite is definitely worth a double take. While it’s not explicitly feminine due to its black and white color palette, the shoe features subtle patterns and overall, the cherry blossoms aren’t immediately discernible, making this shoe adequate for anyone. Expect these to hit Nike retailers soon.
