Jamie xx Opens Good Times Record Shop
We know there’s gonna be good times.
This summer, Jamie xx and Young Turks launched a pop-up record shop in New York, and now, they’ve opened a branch in London. Located at 73 Kingsland Road, Good Times Store London held it’s grand opening yesterday, and it houses a selection from Jamie’s local favorite Kristina Records, music he sampled for his latest album In Colour, as well as several of his own releases. The shop is open 12-8PM until next Thursday, October 22, and 12-6PM next Friday, October 23. In addition, a radio show series — featuring Mica Levi, Oneman, Benji B and more — will be live-recorded at the store and will be broadcasted all week on NTS.
